I am a computer science engineer with 20 years of experience in information technology and telecommunications management. I currently hold the position of IT Manager at Texas Tech University Costa Rica, and previously held similar positions at LEAD University and INCAE Business School. My background includes the implementation of management information systems, migration to cloud, and leading strategic projects and digital transformation. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from TEC and I am a candidate for a Master's degree in Technology Management from Fidélitas University. I also have certifications in strategic planning in cybersecurity, AI and blockchain.
